3. Stenographer Gr.II: 01
Scale of Pay: PB 2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Holding analogous posts on regular basis or with five years regular service in the grade of of Stenographer Gr.II.Must have passed school leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent from a recognised university/Board and having 100 words per minute speed in English/Hindi Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English/Hindi Typewriting.The selected officers/officials in the above grades will be appointed on deputation basis initially for a period of 2 years which can be extended in the interest of works and depending on the meritorious service extended by the officer.
Age limit: The upper age limit for applications is 56 years on closing date of receipt of applications.
