Applications are invited for filling up of the following post on deputation (including short-term contract) from Central Govt./State Govt./Union Territory Administrations/State Electricity Boards/Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Governments /Autonomous or Statutory Organisations/Universities/Recognised Research Institutions fulfilling the eligibility criteria as indicated against the post:-
1. Under Secretary (Establishment) (Ministerial Cadre): 01
* Scale of Pay: PB 3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Eligibility Criteria:
A Graduate from a recognised university/Institution and holding analogous posts on regular basis under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administrations/State Electricity Boards/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies or with eight years continuous service in the grade of regular Section Officer or equivalent in the CDA Scale of Rs.6,500-200-10,500/- (pre-revised) with 24 years servise experience including the post of Lower Division clerk.
* Scale of Pay: PB 3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600/-
Eligibility Criteria:
A Graduate from a recognised university/Institution and holding analogous posts on regular basis under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administrations/State Electricity Boards/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies or with eight years continuous service in the grade of regular Section Officer or equivalent in the CDA Scale of Rs.6,500-200-10,500/- (pre-revised) with 24 years servise experience including the post of Lower Division clerk.
2. Section Officer (Secretariat): 01
* Scale of Pay: PB 2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Holding analogous posts on regular basis or with three years regular service in the grade of Superintendent Gr.I of the scale of Rs.5500-175-9000/- (pre-revised) or equivalent and possessing knowledge and experience of working in the various establishment jobs and also possessing knowledge of Central Government rules and regulations.
* Scale of Pay: PB 2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Holding analogous posts on regular basis or with three years regular service in the grade of Superintendent Gr.I of the scale of Rs.5500-175-9000/- (pre-revised) or equivalent and possessing knowledge and experience of working in the various establishment jobs and also possessing knowledge of Central Government rules and regulations.
3. Stenographer Gr.II: 01
* Scale of Pay: PB 2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Holding analogous posts on regular basis or with five years regular service in the grade of of Stenographer Gr.II.Must have passed school leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent from a recognised university/Board and having 100 words per minute speed in English/Hindi Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English/Hindi Typewriting.The selected officers/officials in the above grades will be appointed on deputation basis initially for a period of 2 years which can be extended in the interest of works and depending on the meritorious service extended by the officer.
* Scale of Pay: PB 2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
Eligibility Criteria:
Holding analogous posts on regular basis or with five years regular service in the grade of of Stenographer Gr.II.Must have passed school leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent from a recognised university/Board and having 100 words per minute speed in English/Hindi Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English/Hindi Typewriting.The selected officers/officials in the above grades will be appointed on deputation basis initially for a period of 2 years which can be extended in the interest of works and depending on the meritorious service extended by the officer.
Age limit: The upper age limit for applications is 56 years on closing date of receipt of applications.
