The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations(JKBOPEE) CET result 2011

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations, earlier Competent Authority Entrance Examinations, is entrusted with the task of conducting entrance examinations for granting admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses in the State. The Board has been executing this task fairly and efficiently since its inception.

The Board has been set up by a legislative enactment – Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations Act, 2002 . The objective of establishing the Board by a legislative measure is to accord functional autonomy to it and to free it from external interference and extraneous considerations in respect of making selection of candidates for admission purpose.
