Important Notices (Online Counselling 2010)
With reference to your application for the post of Assistant Engineer, you have been shortlisted for a personal interview. The details regarding the date and time are available on MP online. Please note that you are required to be present at the place of the interview well in time for document verification. You are required to carry the following documents in original (along with a photocopy) without which you will not be permitted to attend the interview.
1. Degree certificate /Provisional degree certificate in “Electrical”or “Electrical and Electronics” engineering with each semester’s marks sheet from a recognized university.
2. If you have been awarded CGPA, then the equivalence of CGPA to marks by
your university.
3. If you have applied under any reserved category, the certificate of belonging to the category from the Sub Divisional Officer. As only MP domicile candidates are eligible for these positions, proof of domicile to be produced.
4. Higher Secondary or High School Examination certificate in support of date of birth.
5. If you have claimed relaxation of age by virtue of being an ex-serviceperson, or a widow, or a divorcee lady then proof of the same.
6. One photo identity card passport, voters id, driving license, bank pass book etc.
7. If you have applied mentioning that your degree is equivalent to B.E. /B.Tech, then proof that your degree is equivalent to B.E. /B.Tech in the form of a letter /notification issued by the Ministry of HRD, or AICTE, or UGC.
8. Candidates serving in government/semi government/public sector should submit NOC from the employer.

Note: Please note that the venue of the interview is around 18 kms from the Indore railway station and it might take some time to reach the venue. Please start early. Also note that you need to make all arrangements for your accommodation and travel. IIM Indore is situated near Rau on the Rau- Pithampur road and you can reach the same by bus number 25 or by local train upto Rau. From the Rau station, the institute is around 2 kms
