Admission Process * Candidate reads the Advertisement in the newspaper released by MCAER regarding Admissions to Agriculture Under Graduate courses for the Academic year 2010-11. * The aspiring candidate visits the website http://oasis.mkcl.org/agri and downloads the Information Brochure. * Detailed information such as Eligibility criteria, legal and social reservations, admission quota and admission schedule, admission Process in various stages, information of colleges with degree details is printed in the information brochure * Candidate reads the information brochure carefully. * Fee Details Open category candidates draws a DD of Rs. 600 and reserved category candidate having Non creamy layer certificate draws a DD of Rs. 300 from any nationalized bank in favor of “MKCL” and payable at the selected ARC location only (Akola, Beed, Jalgaon, Nagpur, New Panvel, Pune). At the time of applying online, candidate should have the following documents ready with him/her o DD of applicable amount in favor of “MKCL” payable at selected ARC city o Educational documents eg:10th,12th o Reservation & weightage certificates,if applicable * Candidate fills the “online application” on http://oasis.mkcl.org/agri on or before 25th June, 2010 and notes down his/her login details for future reference. * The candidate can give his/her college preferences along with application form online. * Candidate takes print out of the completely filled application form * Candidate arranges all the required documents and attaches required documents to the form as per list of documents printed on the application form. * Candidate pastes his recent passport size photograph and affixes his/her signature on the application form. * Candidate shall send the printout of his duly signed Application form with recent passport size photograph along with attested copies of relevant documents by Post/speed post/courier to ANY ONE of the six Application Receipt Center (ARC) locations (Akola, Beed, Jalgaon, Nagpur, New Panvel, Pune). Please Note that printed Application form should reach on or before 30th June, 2010. No form will be accepted after 30th June, 2010.

* The faculty wise Merit List is published on the website enlisting candidate’s Total Marks. * Candidate visits http://oasis.mkcl.org/agri to view the Provisional Merit List. * In case of any discrepancy about his/her marks or merit number in the Merit list, candidate submits his/her grievance online and get the resolution of same within stipulated period.
Steps to be followed in case of Grievances
* Candidate logs in with Login id & password * Submits Grievance ONLINE * Scan & upload supporting documents, if any * Candidate checks the status of his/her application for resolution of grievances.
* MKCL gets the confirmation of college-wise vacancy details prepared by MCAER admission committee. * Generates the allocation rounds of all type. * The round-wise allocation will be verified by Admission Committee. * After the allocation the candidate will get SMS / Email from MKCL about their allocation to specified college. * Colleges will get the admitted candidates list in their respective login on website. * MKCL generates Provisional Allocation Letter & makes it available in candidate’s login for download and print. * If candidate has been allotted to any seat in his/her preferred college then Candidate downloads the Provisional Allocation letter from the website using his/her login. * Candidate approaches to the allotted college with the provisional allocation letter & all original documents required for admission. Since the Provisional Allocation Letter is on the basis of information filled in by the student online which is not scrutinized or verified by MCAER Admission Committee, the admission is finalized only after the College authorities scrutinize all the concerned original documents & check the provisional allocation letter for admission & eligibility. Only the candidates who are eligible can only get the admission in the college, so s/he submits his/her documents / specified fees of college and get admitted. * College updates the admitted/cancelled/rejected candidate’s details online from college login. * From the details of admitted candidates the college-wise vacancy is calculated after the stipulated date. And further next round will be carried out.
