Job Profile:
1. Has excellent Project Management skills in Planning, Estimation, Costing, Staffing, Analysis, and Bid-management. PMI Certification preferred
2. Has excellent understanding of Product and Process Quality for software services organizations
3. Is Technically sound on Java/J2EE, and understands diverse Technology platforms
4. Has an understanding of Banking domains – Cards and the trends
5. Should have handled Onsite/Offshore communication
6. Should be familiar with various Delivery Models and Project methodologies & processes, Experience on the RUP Process is a bonus.
7. Requirement interpretation and Documentation skills.
