ADMISSION NOTICE FOR 4-YEAR B.TECH PROGRAMMES 2010-2011 Session
Applications are invited for the following Courses:-
* B.Tech. in Petroleum Engineering
* B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
* B.Tech. in Electronic & Communication Engineering
* B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering
Eligibility :- 50% Marks (45% for SC & ST) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in H.S. (10+2) Examination of AHSEC or any other equivalent examination recognized by the University and also qualified in AIEEE (2010) or CEE (2010). Admission and distribution of branches shall be considered on the basis of the marks of the above qualifying test. The Information Brochure cum Application Form shall be available from 12th May 2010 on payment of Rs.500/- only at the following Post Offices: Barpeta/ Bongaigaon/ Dhemaji/ Dhubri/ Diphu/ Duliajan/ Goalpara/ Golaghat/ Meghdoot Bhawan, Guwhati GPO/ Haflong/ Hailakandi/ Jorhat/ Karimganj/ Mangaldoi/ Nagaon/ Nalbari/ North Lakhimpur/ Sivasagar/ Silchar/ Tezpur/ Tinsukia/ Dibrugarh and Dibrugarh University Post Office. The Information Brochure cum Application Form can also be collected from the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University or may be downloaded from the Website: http://dibru.ac.in. In case of downloaded forms, a bank draft of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of “REGISTRAR, DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY” payable at STATE BANK OF INDIA, DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY BRANCH (Code No. 2051) shall have to be enclosed at the time of submission.
The filled in applications shall have to be submitted at the Office of the Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering & Technology (DUIET) Dibrugarh University Campus as per the following schedule :-
