Sub: Filling up to vacancies in the cadre of Accounts and LDC in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- & Rs.1900/- respectively on Deputation Basis:-
(1) Office of Chief Controller of Accounts,Principal Accounts,Ministry of Law & Justice & Supreme Court of India and Corporate Affairs proposes to fill up vacant posts of
Accountants in the Pay Band-I (Rs.5200-20200/-) + Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-,and
Accountants in the Pay Band-I (Rs.5200-20200/-) + Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-,and
LDC in the Pay Band-I (Rs.5200-20200/-) + Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-,on deputation basis in the Pay & Accounts Offices located at Delhi & Kolkata.The period of deputation will be initially for a peripd of one year,which can be curtailed or extended as per the requirements of the organisations.The terms and conditions of deputation will be regulated in terms of DOP & T order dated 05.01.1994 as amended from time to time.
(2) Applications are invited from willing candidates having age limit exceeding 56 years as on 01.08.2009 from other Organised Accounts Services (or) other Central Govt. Departments.
* For the Post of Accountants holding analogous posts on regular basis (or) candidates in the Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- & having minimum 02 yrs service in the grade, (or)
* LDCs in the grade pay of Rs.1900/- having minimum 05 yrs. of service.The minimum qualification for the post of Accountant is Bachelor degree from a recognised university.The candidates should be well versed with Accounts/Establishment/Administration work etc.Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of computers.For the Post of LDC,officials of appropriated grade with 05 years service having typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English preferable computer literate.
