Job Profile:
* The profile for this position is for a seasoned legal + secretarial + compliances professional who besides the core legal and secretarial responsibilities will function more like a business partner to the individual group companies within the CUMMINS, India umbrella.
* The ability to handle senior level business heads / key decision makers, on an independent basis, is a must for this portfolio.
* The role besides the traditional domain understanding of the legal and secretarial function will require a high level of written and spoken communication skills as maybe necessary in a MNC environment.
* The responsibility for global reporting, especially of the regulatory responsibilities, will be part and parcel of this individual.
