Job Profile:
* Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned.
* Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
* Understand all Tier II & III procedures and rules of conduct.
* Make follow up calls to customers on outstanding issues within 24 hours – ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
* Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner.
* Escalate issues to other departments (such as NOCC, SPO, etc.), when necessary.
Experience:
5 – 8 Years
Qualification:
UG – B.Sc – Any Specialization,
B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization,BCA – Computers
PG – M.Pharma – Pharmacy,M.Sc – Any Specialization,
M.Tech – Any Specialization,MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization,
