SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the qualification and experience. Preference will be given to the candidates having relevant experience in the concerned function as mentioned above. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Suitable candidates will be informed in their mailing address regarding the date & place of interview schedule by BHEL. The final posting may vary and will be based on the experience of the candidate and requirement of BHEL. If called for interview, applicant must carry photocopies of academic, professional, experience (past &present) certificates along with originals for verification.
PROCESSING FEE
A non-refundable demand draft of Rs.200/- in favour of “Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited “, drawn on any Scheduled Bank and payable at “Noida” is to be enclosed with application by General and OBC candidates. No processing fee is applicable in case of SC/ST/PH candidates.

HOW TO APPLY

For General Candidates:Obtain a Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rs. Two hundred only) in favour of “Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited “, drawn on any Scheduled bank and payable at ” Noida”. It may be ensured that the Banker’s Seal / Signature of the Issuing authority are available in the Demand Draft.
For OBC Candidates:(1) Obtain a Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft for Rs.200/- (Rs. Two hundred only) in favour of “Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited “, drawn on any Scheduled bank and payable at ” Noida”. It may be ensured that the Banker’s Seal / Signature of the Issuing authority are available in the Demand Draft. (2) Obtain the valid OBC “Non Creamy Layer” Certificate from the Competent Authority (in the prescribed format given as attachment to the Application Form). 3) Fill the Self Undertaking (in the prescribed format given as attachment to the Application Form), to be submitted by OBC “Non Creamy Layer” candidates
Candidates belonging to ReservedCategory (SC/ST) and Physically Challenged Category:Obtain a copy of the Caste/Community (SC/ST) Certificate (in the prescribed format given as attachment to the Application Form) and /or Physically Challenged Certificate from the Competent Authority
Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989:Obtain a copy of the Certificate in support of domicile in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.80 and 31.12.89 from the Competent Authority
For all candidates:Candidates to download the application form and send the same after filling it. The following may please be noted: The candidates may please note that all fields must be filled without fail. SC/ST/OBC, Physically Challenged, J&K Domiciled candidates and Ex-Servicemen should carefully fill up the respective columns, since these details will not be allowed to be changed later under any circumstances.
For all candidates:The candidates are advised to send the forms, duly signed, after pasting his/her recent photograph at appropriate place, along with Demand Draft, Self-attested copies of Marksheets and certificate of qualifying examination (e.g. B.Tech/ B.E.), Date of Birth Certificate, Self-attested copies of Experience certificate of present as well as past employers, copy of Caste/Community Certificate, Physically Challenged Certificate, J&K Domicile Certificate etc., as applicable, to: Sh. Himanshu Shekhar Acharya Engineer (Planning) Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Spares & Services Business Group (SSBG) 2nd Floor, Kribhco Bhawan A8-10, Sector – 1 NOIDA – 201 301 (UP) The filled-in application form (in hard form) alongwith all enclosures as mentioned above must reach us (to the address mentioned above) latest by 02nd May 2010.
Note:
1. Candidates are advised to write their Name, Post & Discipline applied for, on back side of Demand Draft. 2. Candidates must super scribe the envelope with “Application for the post of Executive (Electrical or Civil or Mechanical) on FTA basis”
3. The candidates should retain a copy of the filled-in application form submitted by them for their reference
For all candidates:(1) Candidates presently employed in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/Autonomous Bodies, should apply through ‘Proper Channel’ and submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their Employers at the time of interview , if they are shortlisted for interview.
(2) No changes in the applications submitted will be entertained.
(3) Candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti District and Pangi Sub- Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep or abroad, have been allowed eight more days time i.e. upto 10th May, 2010, if they send DD/ testimonials by post/ speed post to the address given above. If documents are received by hand or ‘Through Courier Service’, the benefit of extended time will not be available regardless of the place of residence of applicant. While sending the acknowledgement slip and other documents, candidates availing the benefit as per the clause should positively super-scribe on the envelope “Candidate from __________ State”
